Saroj brings over 30 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Planning, Research, and Consulting. A key architect of the “Feedback” brand, she spent 25+ years with Feedback Consulting in leadership roles, including as CEO until 2011. Since 2018, she has chaired Feedback Insights and now serves as Chief Mentor, guiding its evolution into a stakeholder-centric insights and advisory firm. Her work spans IT, Education, Engineering, Banking, Healthcare, and more, shaping the organization’s culture and long-term client partnerships.
A Science graduate with an MBA from IIM Bangalore, Saroj regularly lectures on B2B research and stakeholder experience, and is deeply involved in social initiatives supporting children and senior citizens.
