Our Story
Where listening began
Founded as a consumer market research firm, Feedback supported organisations with market entry and early growth decisions. Its foundational ethos was shaped by Ravichandar Venkatraman, whose post-retirement work across governance, consulting, and social impact reinforced a lasting belief that continues to guide the firm today: progress begins with listening.

From research to experience
Launched the Voice division to systematically measure Customer Satisfaction and Stakeholder Experience, marking a shift from research delivery to strategic consulting, followed soon after by the introduction of the proprietary EX Index framework.

A focused identity
Feedback Insights became an independent entity, deepening its advisory capability and investing in technology-led research.
This phase was pioneered by Saroj Sridhar, Shankar Khasnis, and Chandramouli Srinivasan, who together defined a focused stakeholder experience firm anchored in research rigour and strategic relevance.

Built to scale
Operating across three Business Units, Tech & Professional Services, Manufacturing & Custom Research, and Employee & Advisory, Feedback Insights is investing in its ISO certification and continues to invest in analytics and advisory capabilities to scale impact.
