Experience
Narayanaswamy (“Nari”) brings 35+ years of experience in consumer behaviour, advertising, and strategy, with deep expertise in customer experience, design research, and innovation adoption across digital technologies, media, and services. He has held senior leadership roles at Ipsos Research—including President and Consultant for Data Science—and co-founded Indica Research, later acquired by Ipsos. He also led strategic planning at Contract Advertising.
Beyond industry, he serves as Senior Advisor at the Indian Institute of Human Settlements, shaping behaviour change strategy for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation–supported Tamil Nadu Urban Sanitation Project. Founder of Myth + Math, an innovation lab for differently abled communities, he also serves on the boards of TARA and Satya Special School.
He holds a B.E. (Hons.) from NIT Trichy and an MBA from FMS, Delhi University.
