Rajagopalan (“Raj”) has been with Feedback Insights since 2006, shaping the firm’s growth and client footprint. As Head of Client Relations & Strategy, he leads business development and a customer listening practice, partnering with 200+ organizations across sectors and geographies. He played a pivotal role in building the manufacturing vertical, combining strategic vision with execution to drive expansion. Raj holds an executive programme degree from IIM Bangalore.
Beyond work, he is an avid quizzer who enjoys cooking, exploring local haunts, and discussing movies and music.
